So sorry to hear of Joan's passing. Joan was a fun person to get to know. She had a great smile! I remember her fantastic wardrobe. We were in sewing together for a couple of years. Quite a perfectionist and talented seamstress. Hadn't seen her since High School. Glad we have good memories of special people!
I had know idea that Joan had passed away. Sonje Bostrom, Joan and I were best buddies. the sadness I felt was overwhelming. I am so shocked. She was so fun to be with and we were always competing to see who could come up with the cutest outfit. ( I think she won hands down). So very sad.
Joan and I were BEST FRIENDS. We were always together. We went to Mexico after high school. We lost touch after we both were married and she moved away for awhile. I was so looking forward to getting in touch with her at this reunion and I was devastated to see that she had died. I am so sad.
