James (Jim) Milton Riches

James (Jim) Milton Riches, 60, of Draper, passed away on August 7, 2012 as a result of a work related accident. He was surrounded by loved ones as he peacefully went to be with his Heavenly Father.
Jim was born on July 24, 1952 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from University of Utah in 1975 and was a Die Hard U of U fan. Jim was married to the love of his life, Tami, in the Salt Lake Temple in 1978. He was an active member of the LDS church.
He was the owner and operator of Jim Riches Painting. His greatest joy was outdoor activities with his family.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Jim is survived by his wife, Tami and four sons Troy (Chantelle), Josh (Melanie), Jason and Zach (Margie). He also leaves behind eight grandkids, six sisters: Mary, Jean, Dorothy, Janet, Carole, and Amy and many nieces, nephews and friends who adored him.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM at the Draper Stake Center 13085 So. 300 E. A visitation will be held on Friday from 6-8 PM at the Stake Center and on Saturday 1 hour prior to services.
