Barbara Ann Rasmussen Jones
1952-2014
Barbara Ann Rasmussen Jones, 62, passed peacefully May 8th, 2014 in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born April 7th, 1952, in Salt Lake City. The daughter of Leo and Dorthy Schmidlkofer.
She graduated from Skyline High School and moved on to get her associates degree from Dixie Collage. She was most recently employed at USANA Health Science, where she enjoyed her work and made many friends.
She married Ronald Otto Rasmussen and shared 35 wonderful years with 3 children and 4 grandchildren. After Ronald's passing she then remarried to Ronald (Joe) Jones.
As we all know Barbara had many hobbies and joys in life. She enjoyed any and all crafting for every season and holiday. She enjoyed her camping and spending time with family. Family was always her first concern and she would always be the first one there to help anyone in need. Barbara was the one that would never stop. Even through battling at the end she was still nonstop doing everything for everyone else before herself.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Leo and Dorthy, husband Ronald Rasmussen, son Scott, granddaughter Cherish, sister Sharon, and her pup "DD". Survived by husband Ronald (Joe) Jones, son Ronald, daughter Christina, stepdaughter Jennifer, stepson Josh and grandchildren Shelbie, Ben, Kambree, Brennan, Koby, Payton, and Alice.

A viewing will be held in her honor Sunday May 11th from 6:00-8:00 pm at Larkin Mortuary. 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Services on May 12th at 10:00 am held at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church. 2315 Redondo Ave, Salt Lake City, Utah 84108
