Enlisted in the Utah National Guard in the summer of 1970, spent that fall in basic training. Completed an LDS Mission to Finland from 1971-73. Enrolled in the University of Utah in 1973. Married Claudia Redd from Bountiful, Utah in 1975. Graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology in 1977 - emphasis; Architectural Psychology. Graduated with a Master of Architecture in 1979 from the University of Utah. Started Landforms Development in Bountiful, Utah in 1985. Moved to Las Vegas in 1989. Started Sandberg Group Architects in 1991. Added a partner in 1996 and became Sandberg Salemme Design Group. I am now retired and do consulting work with MS Architecture.
Currently licensed in Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona and North Carolina. Also previously held licenses as a contractor in Utah, Nevada and California.

Married with 4 children and 11 grandchildren. My wife and all of my children graduated from the University of Utah. I love to go boating, diving and spending time with my grandchildren. We frequently travel to Salt Lake to keep track of our family.

I have great memories of High School. My favorite memory is ditching school on a powder snow day and going skiing with all of my buddies.
